Memorial Wall

We first met Derek at The Red Lion, Basingstoke. Julia went to greet Derek outside as he was unsure of entering he venue by himself. Thinking we would all be dressed in long leather coats! Derek was hooked from his first event! Derek was wonderfully calm natured and enjoyed the social aspect of catching up with friends at the ghost hunts and making new friends. He had a lot of ghost stories under his belt including tales of the knife weirding ghost in his own home. Derek became an experienced investigator over the years he spent with us. His enthusiasm for ghost hunting was unwavering, even in the coldest of conditions. Derek loved Widley and Waverley in particular and enjoyed exploring new venues. We will always fondly remember his loyalty and friendship, that bright torch, his great captures and his nickname for one of his dear friends -  ‘’Stacey Solomon”. A dear friend sadly missed.
